All tests results are reported, and the formal estimates for how many cases there are in Ohio are certainly not an underestimate (100,000 cases - at the time there were 3 documented cases).

As for communication, if that's what you are getting at, he holds a press conference that lasts between 1 & 2 hours every day, including Saturday and Sunday, and answers all questions. I have watched most of them, and haven't seen him dodge any he would be legally permitted to answer. (Justice O'Connor, on the other hand, was her usual abrupt, arrogant, and evasive self)

Frankly, as long as he's taking the steps necessary - and following the lead of the director of public health - I don't care what he says or doesn't say about Trump. I'm more concerned with saving lives than scoring political points.
