we are where we are and with every presser now he extorts that he 'inherited a broken system and had to tear it down and start over'. He is laying the ground work for the presidential campaign against Biden. His message will be Obama/ BIDEN gave him a broken system. He is going to try and hang this whole debacle on Obama/BIDEN. Remember, only "he" can fix it. The pandemic would have been much worse without him. This message will be amplified by FOX.
