BTW, he's not rich any more, if he ever was. His golf courses are all on the rocks, his buildings are leveraged to the hilt, even if he tends to own only 5% or so.

He couldn't even pull off a pump&dump a few years ago. He thought it was a great idea that he invented, but everyone was wise to him from the beginning.
