20. I think putins puppet

Is so compromised by him , his response failure , dragging his feet helping states, refusal to produce tests, and medical supplies are all to please Putin because he can't pay his debts now, and is reduced to doing anything to save himself. When his taxes do get out we'll see how he's drowning in debt, mostly to Putin. Trump failed to get sanctions lifted for him ,so trump knows Putin is pissed, and even more eager to please him. Putin is very revengeful too.
