how ...Oh those damn unions have no idea how they are being perceived by the larger General Public when they pull this nonsense over how they refuse the raise they got offered, and how that looks in a down economy...

That's when I came here and found out that I think they SHOULD be on strike (no AC? In a PUBLIC SCHOOL?)
WTF if that were "Mr. Mayor's" Publicly-Funded place of work, and the AC went out, you think that fucker would have shown up AT ALL till the problem was fixed? NO, and he would have read the riot act to the Maintenance Dept. for good measure I'M SURE.

The "General Public" that Joey is oh so worried about will see it that way, too, as soon as they find out how bad that working environment is for those people we like to call "invaluable" to our Society and Future.

(and fuck Joe. I hope that coroner starts telling tales, and Joey has to hire himself a lawyer.)
