9. Do you have a self-service center?

The USPS here do. It beats waiting in line. And I've waited in long lines many times, but the truth is, they move within a reasonable amount of time - less than I generally expect, anyway. The experiences have helped me empathize with postal workers, that's for sure. People in crowds tend to behave like herds.
