one of the usually more outspoken governors on his conference call to silence his complaints? He called the unnamed governor "a wiseguy". Was he referring to Bloomberg, he isn't quiet about criticizing Trump's lack of leadership.

It has to be someone else or Trump's just lying to make himself look like he's some kind of movie tough guy, when he's too much of a coward who can't face the consequences of his own negligence and doesn't want to hear about Americans who are sick and dying thanks to his failure to lead and take fast action to get critical supplies to hospitals.
