Cuomo is a grandstanding idiot and the reason NY is in such bad shape.
You get the drift. This is how 40% of the country sees this.
We yelled back and forth for almost 20 minutes on the phone. He is so freaked out that anyone who comes in his house, his maid, his wife from her job at a rest home, must strip in the garage, shower in the bathroom off the garage, and change into new clothes to come in the house.
He is really upset that some people will make up to $15 per hour 
with the Investor Bailout Bill's unemployment provision. He is also upset that couples who make more than $150,000 will have their $2,400 of "bailout bucks" reduced. The reason he called me in the first place was to tell me he had figured out a way around this clause and he would tell me about it for a 2% kickback. A special favor for us "special people." When I told him that my wife and I barely make 30K a year he was shocked. I am an IT consultant in a poor NorCal county and I give a lot of my services away to poor people and businesses trying to stay alive. My wife is a retired artist living on SS.
This is what we are dealing with people. This is a highly educated lawyer.
