9. It's a gray area. The constitution does not say presidents can only serve two terms...

...reather, it says they cannot be ELECTED to the office more than twice. If Obama were elected to the office of VP (not President), but then was elevated to the position of president through other circumstances, that is not literally prohibited by the language of the amendment.
