Been on the production floor at the Hormel Plant in Austin Minnesota several times. Always impressed by the Ham trimming and de-boning section. Spam is made up of hams that get messed up on the Trim Tables for the most part. Despite what rumors are,there are no junk cuts of Pork in Spam as some might think. Pure Pork all the way.

BTW,going price last week was $2.64 / can and usually we see 5-6 different flavors as Low Sodium .
