It's about breaking the union and increasing private carriers stock value.

Private carriers wouldn't have to deliver everywhere the USPS delivers, they could pick and choose what to deliver, and they'd probably scan things like mailers and Email them to you. If it's a private company, they can do whatever they fucking wanna do.
