This man is an idiot. He's saying he has ventilators while somebody's aunt Margie, somebody's son, somebody's dad is suffocating right now... but there's no plan for distribution and ramp up. 10K ventilators vs a 'surge' in numbers at this point is nothing.

Cruel, incompetent, criminal negligence... he's just stupid enough to brag about it.
