Plenty of rice last week at the family-run grocery, but no rice vinegar or fish sauce. Potatoes available singly but not in bags. Flour tortillas but no corn ones. Meat, fish, and produce seem to be readily available. Potato chips sold out, but plenty of tortilla chips.

My Redmond WA Costco had yeast (humongous) last week. Try Oriental or Indian stores for rice.
