I have to go to the grocery store tomorrow. I feel like I am taking my life in my hands to do so. I have not gotten groceries in two weeks, so it is time. I have no masks. I will wear a bandanna over my face.

It is time to buy some merlot, a couple of bottles. I will get some Captain Morgan, too.

The only reason I am awake right now is because I had a nightmare. I woke up yelling. There is no need to disturb my husband with my fears, so I will go read a book.

Do what you have to do. We understand.
