Do they write the answers on their hand or a crip sheet? Do they "phone a friend?" How the fuck can you cheat on a ballot, when you are voting? For fuck safe, I did not know New York could spawn someone dumber than the rest of the dumbest Republicans in NC, but Trump rivals some of these dumbasses.
