A lot of folks will believe him though. Sad.

They'll just claim they are about to pay any minute now, and people will die waiting. Like right now.

We don't know what was in the care bills. And he can just do whatever he wants anyway with a signing statement.

"Oh, I decided not to enforce that part about am oversight watchdog to make sure I do the right thing. Trust me!"
