They are all peas in the same pod. They could have gotten rid of him in January/February but they didn't and now we have a severely incompetent response to all this. Just to be clear I'm not fond of Pence and think he's dumb but he's had some government experience and would (probably) be more likely to appoint experts and sit down and shut up.
