The Supreme Court must follow the law, and the State Constitution as written, not how they would like it to be written. Governor Evers admitted last week that he didn’t have the power.
I think he intentionally waited until this afternoon to make the Executive Order hoping that it would be to late for a ruling, it wasn’t though and he lost this one.

I might remind others here that there are multiple threads on this board worried that Trump will try the same thing in November. If we don’t want Trump to get away with it, why do we desperately want Governor Evers to get away with it?
