A complete team of hazmat-suited professionals to perform a complete defumigation, massive pest control efforts, a heavy duty bleaching of all internal surfaces, and you might as well replace the silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils. I would not touch them. And just go ahead and BURN all the bedding. I doubt any detergent could clean that.
