I'm unhappy to see the stock market going up. Sucks for everyone's retirement accounts, but really pisses off The Orange One.

Because as hard as our Governors are working to minimize the risks to their constituents (except for some notable Republican exceptions) we all know that Donnie Two Scoops will take credit for their hard work, determination, and success.
