The delivery of mail will be "outsourced" to multiple companies that will hire low wage employees who will handle your personal documents and private communications.

These new hires will be provided with keys which will enable them to access apartment buildings and cluster mailboxes.

So many keys, so many low wage folks being hired and fired.

Think about it America.
