As Dr. Fauci bows down before the ring of Trump and claims he misspoke on the Sunday morning shows. He weakens the country.

As he and Birx do not shout out loud -- he did nothing for almost two months while we told him what to do. He weakens the country.

As he allows lies about what he has said to be told by admin officials on 60 minutes. He weakens the country. At least 60 Minutes had the backbone to show Dr. Fauci clips from shows dating back more than 15 years.

On the other hand, Crozier stood up to the bully. He protected his men. His men and every soldier know what Private Bone Spurs is -- a coward and a bully. Perhaps if Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx would go a little Villanelle on the bully and smack him across his mouth rhetorically, we might have a chance of turning this around.

Unless those with knowledge stand up to bullies and autocrats, we may be heading towards the end of the novel American experiment of representative democracy -- either because the country collapses due to the ineptness of the government response r because the will is lacking to stand up to a would be autocrat.

We need more people like Captain Crozier.
