9. Gov. Newsom told me to stay home & I've been home since 3/12/20, as has my family

my friends, my neighbors. Rachel Maddow showing ct scans of covid-19 lungs drove home the point.

Californians knew it was a big ask - to shelter in place, and perhaps there were a few initial slips - but we did it/are doing it.

Gov. Newsom explained it to us, showed us, showed us empathy, explained how it was hitting other countries - until we all understood it was a matter of life or death. Yes, he took his leadership role by the horns to keep us as safe as possible.
