Then they should have moved on to a deserted island years ago and had no interactions with anyone else who doesn't follow their beliefs. No hiring people who don't follow their beliefs, no paying any taxes, no societal interactions with different thinking people at all ever.

Hobby lobby doesn't have to buy the pills and give them out all they have to do is pay an insurance company that doesn't deny coverage when they pay out. It is the choice of these companies/organizations to make this into an issue of 'someones screwing with my faith'.
