Canadians could apply for the CERB on Monday a week ago. They began receiving direct deposits two days later.

Retroactive to March 15.

And, no, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's signature is not on any check for those without direct deposit.

Oh, another thing: Justin Trudeau's daily briefings have been running about 15 minutes for days now, with about 15 minutes for press questions.
