16. Daydreaming recently my mind pondered repurposing Las Vegas

The Las Vegas that was until recently is toast for the foreseeable future.

How about making Las Vegas a walled city for the elderly?

One could only get a one way ticket into LV with no pass out.

Others in services (medical, entertainment, etc.) could also opt to go to LV.

So we have all these senior citizens living in LV, even having jobs.

Las Vegas modified for the care, comfort, affordability, and quality of life for the elderly.
