higher than 2-3% of school children. Or maybe he meant that the death rate would grow 2-3% higher than what it is now. Nobody knows what he meant to say and since what he did say and how he said it was offensive my any measure and he has not made a statement to correct any misunderstanding, I would say that Dr. Oz is an irresponsible hack at best.
