of testing here as well, until there were sudden outbreaks involving hundreds of workers at meat-packing plants in Waterloo and Columbus Junction. Just like that, the do-nothing governor was suddenly hot to get hundreds of test kits to these two locations. "The business of Iowa is business"!!
