16. There is something very wrong about the way his mind works and puts thoughts together.

Then when he attempts to communicate those thoughts, it is as if the thoughts get all jumbled up and he jumps from one incomplete thought to another. It is as if he cannot complete one single thought before he moves on to another. No wonder he is such a screw-up at business with a mind that is so disordered.

Is there a name for that kind of problem? It almost seems like a form of Attention deficit Disorder. But maybe there is a more precise name for what ails Dear Leader because I’m not sure he has always been this f*cked up in his thinking. ADD would have been present from the beginning, right?
