This is just giving R & R something to work with as they really had nothing before.
They created the mud they are slinging at President Obama. Not that they wouldn't spin anything against Him!
But international leadership is a great plus for the incumbency now and perhaps they decided to simply create their own international disaster!!
To me, IMHO, this is a possibility!
