I got a refund in 2018 and owed this year. I used the same bank account for the payment and debit. I understand that, because I used H&R Block tax software, there is some snafu due to the use of a temporary bank. When I checked the IRS tool last week, I was informed I was eligible for a payment, but that the IRS had no bank info for me. I input my info and have been getting the same message as you - Im eligible for payment, but theres no payment date.
Meanwhile, my son (who also used the H&R Block software) got his stimulus check last Wednesday. It makes no sense.

Deposited on the 15th. Bear in mind I got a refund in 2018 & 2019, so it was no surprise.

I have not checked my bank, but I am thinking I will get it in the mail, and have not received yet.
