There seems to be no rhyme or reason to who's getting sickest. We also don't know how long immunity (which is what allows recovery) is going to last, or if secondary cases will be worse or lighter than primary cases (my guess is the latter). We don't know if this is going to blow through and then disappear the way the waves of "sweating sickness" did in England, or whether it will be a yearly killer like the flu.
