Cuomo said as much in his presser today in that many found dead at home are suspected of having died from the virus but not officially tallied yet.

NY found 21% of New York city has the virus anti-bodies. The chance that nobody died of it at home seems absurdly slim..

Further, we know Trump and probably the GOP are trying to keep the numbers down - to help his reelection founded on his criminal negligence.
