33. Given that a vaccine for covid has been delevoped ,,,,,

How does a country that can not produce enough toil paper for its populace , produce 350 million dosages of covid vaccine????? GOP has accepted the fact that it cant and millions are going to die and they want to make sure that those who die are the old and poor.
