You see, he thinks he is the stable genius and everyone else in the room is bonkers.

He thinks he's the best leader in History, hires the best people, and has the best words.

(Among a recorded litany of other best-of brags of his.)

I say lock him up in a padded cell without his phone but with a teevee locked on faux noi$e.
