Propaganda--allow no false statement to go unchallenged. Tape every speech we can, fact check, and pounce on every lie, misstatement, false statistic offered. Make "they have no idea what they're talking about" heard so often that it starts to be heard in Republican circles, not juts ours. Write in to the print media, bombard the electronic media every time they try to get away with something. No more free rides on Fox or National Hate Radio.
Illegal activity--DEMAND that Congress go after every wishy-washy ineffective control on the books, and instead make it a serious offense to pull stunts like tossing away voter registrations into the nearest dumpster. Not a six month suspended sentence, but three years in a real prison. In states where it can be done, make it mandatory to forensically examine every electronic vote-counting machine in use, and prosecute fraudulent malware (i.e. flipping Democratic votes to Republican). In such cases, here again, mandatory penalties. into the tens of millions for companies or minimum ten years behind bars if the individual can be identified. Same goes for people like that Republican election official in Waukesha County in Wisconsin who always managed to "find" sacks full of Republican votes in some closet in the county offices when they were needed to flip a close election their way.
"No lie left unchallenged" means they have to spend ten times as much time defending lies as it took them to say them. Make it physically and financially not worth their time.
"No crime left unpunished" means that the true depth of the damage to a democracy that is caused by defrauding the people of their right to vote, and have those votes counted--that depth should be henceforth acknowledged and treated as a serious federal crime, and punished by such a long jail sentence that even someone asked to do it "for the greater good of the Republican Party" will have good cause to reconsider. Ten years minimum sentence is a far greater deterrent that a six month suspended sentence with 50 hours of community service. Prior to an election, have media outlets do a few documentaries on the overcrowding of our prisons and how unpleasant they are, especially for non-violent offenders who are not prepared for the harsh reality of life "on the inside."
