And the only thing I can find is that I had to pay the last year. This year ,2019 I received a check in the mail with a refund. This is what I am hearing from friends. Others are getting theirs in DP.

I have had it for years. Think the Government is so screwed up nothing is working. Bliionaires are getting Small business loans. Small. Businesses are not.
