This is some serious bullshit. Republicans are trying to give nursing home owners, meatpackers and other businesses blanket immunity for gross negligence on top of creating an environment where employers can force employees back to work and not have to offer basic things like PPE and cleaning supplies because they are immune from all legal implications.
