...how can they buy that yacht if everyone who can build can't come to work. And longer the economy stays shut down...the less money they get....as gasp, they may just become millionaires.

They have a vested financial interest in getting things back to normal because; Back to normal > developing a vaccine and giving it away.

Plus revolts have started this way...and the first people shot are the wealthy.
