How we would go about replacing him is debatable, and it would be messy. Bernie hasn't gotten a large enough share of the vote to have a strong claim to the nomination just for being the last one to drop out, but if the Democrats did anything else you know it will cause an uproar with his supporters. The fairest way would probably be to let the states that haven't voted yet decide, and giving the states that already voted the option to hold a new primary if they want. Not ideal, and I don't think it will come to that because I don't think Biden did what she's accusing him of. But we should all be able to agree that if he actually assaulted this woman, he should not be the nominee.
