1. Borrow the Abbott rapid tests from the WH that evidently hoarded them

Hoarded them so Trump/Pence can go maskless (they test everyone prior to meetings, briefings/propaganda rallies, etc.).

Those rapid tests and equipment were supposed to be sent to states to help track the spread, but Trump evidently kept some for his personal use.
