The more I read about FDR and what he DIDN'T do before the war, (he helped block anti-lynching laws,) and what he did during the war. (Locking up Japanese-Americans.)

It wasn't until after the war, when Truman desegregated the troops that actual Presidential action started the destruction of white supremacy.
