Every corporation uses advertising and brand loyalty to try to get consumers to stick with their products.
Microsoft does it. Apple does it. We are all susceptible but some not as much as others.
So...who cares?

My desktop is a 9 yr old Dell. Never had a crash or virus. No problem to have to go to a store for.
