7. This is good, but nothing really matters except the appeal

We have to win the appeal. Trying to find out if the three judges who will hear the appeal have been named yet. The state filed its brief on Monday. The administration's response is due this coming Monday. If the state wants to file a reply, it has to do so by the 21st. At that point, the court could decide the case without argument or it could schedule oral argument and then decide.
