precursor of the Criminally Deranged Moron in the WH, he did NOT deliberately set out to ruin every single one of our institutions as CDM has.

While I did not agree at all with ANY of his policies, his main problem was that he was a feckless, uncaring and enabled amateur who let Cheney make the decisions and run the show for the most part. Cheney was - and still is - thoroughly evil.

Their policies left our foreign policy and credibility in shambles. But there were still enough decent and hard-working civil servants so that Prez O did not have to start from zero in literally every agency, as will be the case for Biden.

I hate to disagree about Shrub being worse than 45, but I must.

I certainly agree that he is a hardly an example of bipartisanship and will not cheer him on for that.
