"FLINT, Mich. - Police say a shooting occurred at the Family Dollar around 1:15 p.m. Friday afternoon across from the University of Michigan - Flint.
The male suspect, thin, wearing black faded jeans, a black sweatshirt, and black and white tennis shoes was last seen fleeing northbound toward River Village apartments from the scene on foot, according to police."
