(62,444 posts)It is a common fallacy to suggest that "we don't know" means something other than "we don't know".
If I tell you, "They pyramids were built by space aliens" and you say you don't believe that, you are not under any obligation to explain how the pyramids were built. There is no affirmative reason to believe the pyramids were built by aliens. There is every reason to believe that people - every bit as smart as us - who had a long time to figure out how to build things out of stone came up with clever techniques for doing so, and those techniques are simply not obvious to us.
Sometimes not knowing is simply not knowing.
Almost everyone in this thread thinks that some white gun-toting nut lives in a predominately AA area of Flint and shot this guard out of some sort of support for Trump. There is NO witness to the event whatsoever who is reported to have said this.
