Of course I'm concerned about feeding my family and paying my bills.

I'm more concerned with my family living.

In this, the richest country in the world, you shouldn't have to decide between feeding your family, or risking death.

That's what a functional government is for.

It's to step up during a crisis. It's why we were able to fight two world wars... and yes, we did have rationing, but we pulled each other through it.

There were bread and soup lines during the Great Depression, but there was soup and bread.

What you are experiencing right now is the result of 40 years of CONservative policies, ethics and morals.

There's plenty of money to pay bills and provide food for people that have lost their jobs. We just need to claw it back from the 1% that have gotten it all over the past 40 years.

Do I want our country and economy to get back to normal soon?

Fuck NO! Not if it's an economy that ensure 70% of Americans are just one or two paychecks from ruin, with no safety net to help.

Maybe that's your idea of Nirvana, but I'll pass.
