... some are dismissed as frivolous. I just think that in this COVID era, with the lack of clarity about what is required, there may be a deluge of frivolous lawsuits. Why do you say I "gobbled up the gop views on frivolous lawsuits?" I tried to make it as clear as possible that I wanted to know the dem position and the subtleties of the bill.
