The ones that seem to be on the most on MSNBC were Ben Rhodes and Ron Klain. Kathleen Sebilius, who ran HHS was on as well.

Biden himself has repeatedly spoken of what the Obama team did on Ebola and how they then established procedures to deal with future threats. This was said in various interviews and he started speaking of that even in the last debate.

As far back as January 2017, there were many articles on how the Trump team blew off most of the normal transition meetings. Trump has repeatedly been quoted that he has no need to get advice from any former President.

I think part of my reaction is that I have not seen any sign of Susan Rice being attacked on this. Trump obviously has blamed Obama because he does that any time things go wrong. Here, it is a lie AND even if Obama left him nothing, he has been president over 3 years. He is well past the time that any blaming his predecessor works.
